Post-Jam WeblGL build!

Hello, everyone!

This small update adds a brand new WebGL build of the game, along with some small improvements and bug fixes described below. Note that this WebGL version had changes done after the Game Jam, however the downloadable Windows version is still the original upload!

Change list:

- Added options to the Pause menu: control Graphics quality, Music and Sound

- Fixed UI to scale properly with window size

- Added splash screen

- Increased character's run speed to match with the dog's

- Disabled motion blur

- Adjusted the sun's angle

- Fixed rendering issue in water waves
